Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for approximately 75 assigned accounts, ensuring alignment of solutions with customer goals
- Guide customers in maximizing the use of the product and create value plans that demonstrate measurable business impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and address escalations effectively
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales
- A passion for customer success and a genuine desire to help others grow
- Strong ownership mentality with the ability to take initiative and follow through
- Comfort with data and ability to interpret engagement and usage metrics
- Experience in project management or business consulting is preferred
