Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager with Ad Tech experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage publisher relationships from onboarding to long-term growth and retention
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for premium and enterprise-level publisher accounts
- Monitor and analyze publisher ad performance, implementing technical optimizations for revenue growth
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Ad Ops within the Ad Tech ecosystem
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ad Manager and Google Analytics
- Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, including header bidding and ad serving principles
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with CRM and project management tools like HubSpot, Jira, and Zendesk
