Job Summary

- Lead onboarding and activation for all new digital customers
- Monitor digital usage patterns and proactively intervene when usage declines
- Conduct quarterly health-check calls with school leadership and instructors
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or educational technology implementation
- Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
- Experience in analyzing usage data and identifying risk signals
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Experience in mentoring customers on digital tools and curriculum alignment
