Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to drive product adoption and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their value drivers and accessibility goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance product adoption and customer engagement
  • Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and ensuring alignment with their goals
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager role in a software or SaaS organization
  • Metrics-driven and analytical mindset with the ability to manage a large portfolio of customers
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders, including technical and executive levels
  • Strong understanding of annual recurring revenue (ARR) and SaaS business models
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Gainsight or Salesforce
