Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of healthcare delivery organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for mid-market and enterprise healthcare customers
- Develop and execute account plans to drive platform adoption and partnership growth
- Lead executive business reviews and manage the renewal lifecycle to ensure strong customer retention
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, with at least 2 years in healthcare SaaS
- Proven track record of managing complex accounts and driving revenue expansion
- Familiarity with healthcare practices, including ambulatory and multi-site group practices
- Experience with CRM platforms and customer health monitoring solutions
- Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and present data-driven narratives
