Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of utility customers, driving value and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of customers, focusing on value retention and expansion
- Engage proactively with customers through regular check-ins and business reviews to understand their needs
- Oversee customer onboarding and training, addressing support tickets and renewal risks
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of Customer Success experience in a B2B SaaS or Data-as-a-Service setting
- Fluency in electricity markets with experience working with utility customers
- Proven track record of driving customer retention and expansion
- Experience with data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, or Snowflake
- Familiarity with CRM and Customer Success platforms, such as Hubspot or Gainsight, is a plus
