Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess customer needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Build and manage relationships with high-value customers, addressing challenges and delivering tailored solutions
  • Lead client implementations and ensure seamless onboarding and integration for select clients
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent SaaS experience is strongly preferred
  • At least 3+ years in a customer-facing and/or implementation role, preferably within a SaaS organization
  • Prior experience using similar vertical solutions preferred
  • Proficiency in applications such as MS Office, Google Suite, Zoom, and Slack is strongly preferred
  • Self-motivated and proactive in maintaining regular communication with customers and internal teams
