Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (Education).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with strategic education clients, conducting EBRs and ensuring customer success
  • Design and implement automated onboarding journeys and lifecycle signals for high-volume accounts
  • Provide day-to-day support, addressing client queries and ensuring smooth platform usage
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing large, high-volume portfolios (100+ accounts)
  • Experience in building automated onboarding, adoption, and renewal journeys
  • Technical literacy to triage platform issues and communicate effectively
  • High data literacy to utilize health scores and engagement metrics in decision-making
  • Strong organizational skills for tracking renewals and managing a large portfolio
