Job Summary

- Provide day-to-day support, addressing client queries and ensuring smooth platform usage
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing large, high-volume portfolios (100+ accounts)
- Experience in building automated onboarding, adoption, and renewal journeys
- Technical literacy to triage platform issues and communicate effectively
- High data literacy to utilize health scores and engagement metrics in decision-making
- Strong organizational skills for tracking renewals and managing a large portfolio
