Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to drive growth in platform usage at key accounts within life science companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day inquiries and support end-user success
  • Monitor account usage trends to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to enhance user engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams for user training, feedback collection, and issue escalation to ensure a seamless user experience
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in the life sciences, biotech, and/or pharma industry
  • PhD in a life science discipline (e.g., biology, chemistry)
  • Preferred experience in a customer success, account management, or similar customer-facing role
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success platforms is preferred
  • A genuine interest in supporting scientific innovation and a proactive approach to customer needs
