Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to focus on business development and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate a broad understanding of products, technology, and support methodology
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to support their technology initiatives and grow partnerships
  • Implement strategic initiatives to identify opportunities for product cross-selling and manage proprietary software tools
Required Qualifications:
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Track record of success in enterprise customer account management
  • 3-5+ years of experience in selling Cloud Communications, SD-WAN, Security, and Managed Services
  • Experience with customer presentations and leading QBRs/MBRs
  • Strong skills in Excel, MS Office, and general computer software
