Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to focus on business development and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a broad understanding of products, technology, and support methodology
- Maintain regular communication with customers to support their technology initiatives and grow partnerships
- Implement strategic initiatives to identify opportunities for product cross-selling and manage proprietary software tools
Required Qualifications:
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- Track record of success in enterprise customer account management
- 3-5+ years of experience in selling Cloud Communications, SD-WAN, Security, and Managed Services
- Experience with customer presentations and leading QBRs/MBRs
- Strong skills in Excel, MS Office, and general computer software
