Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Success Management - Commercial/Digital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers for Commercial and Digital customers
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define and execute segment-specific strategies
  • Drive retention and growth by leveraging data insights and implementing operational excellence
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related fields
  • Prior people management experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams
  • Experience supporting Commercial, SMB, or high-volume customer segments
  • Background in Cybersecurity, DevOps, or a related technical domain preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
