Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers for Commercial and Digital customers
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define and execute segment-specific strategies
- Drive retention and growth by leveraging data insights and implementing operational excellence
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related fields
- Prior people management experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Experience supporting Commercial, SMB, or high-volume customer segments
- Background in Cybersecurity, DevOps, or a related technical domain preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
