Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to oversee support relationships with key customers and drive satisfaction and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned customer accounts
  • Conduct recurring meetings to review SLA performance and improvement opportunities
  • Track and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) for assigned accounts
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or client services roles
  • Experience working with enterprise or government customers
  • Demonstrated experience preparing and presenting SLA or performance reports
  • Experience in a SaaS and/or GovTech environment is preferred
  • Customer Success certification (Gainsight, CCSM, or similar) is a plus
