Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to oversee support relationships with key customers and drive satisfaction and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned customer accounts
- Conduct recurring meetings to review SLA performance and improvement opportunities
- Track and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) for assigned accounts
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or client services roles
- Experience working with enterprise or government customers
- Demonstrated experience preparing and presenting SLA or performance reports
- Experience in a SaaS and/or GovTech environment is preferred
- Customer Success certification (Gainsight, CCSM, or similar) is a plus
