Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience leading a CSM team in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to meet customer renewal and retention goals in a high-growth setting
  • Data-oriented with experience in analyzing metrics for operational improvements
  • Experience working with diverse teams across multiple countries and time zones
  • Preferred experience in Fintech or HRtech industries
