Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience leading a CSM team in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven ability to meet customer renewal and retention goals in a high-growth setting
- Data-oriented with experience in analyzing metrics for operational improvements
- Experience working with diverse teams across multiple countries and time zones
- Preferred experience in Fintech or HRtech industries
