Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience leading a Customer Success team in a B2B SaaS environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging work environment
- Proven track record of meeting customer renewal and retention goals
- Data-oriented with experience in analyzing metrics
- Preferred experience in a remote team and familiarity with Fintech or HRtech sectors
