Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience leading a Customer Success team in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging work environment
  • Proven track record of meeting customer renewal and retention goals
  • Data-oriented with experience in analyzing metrics
  • Preferred experience in a remote team and familiarity with Fintech or HRtech sectors
