Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to oversee customer relationships and drive account growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set strategic direction and manage client relationships, ensuring quality and adherence to processes
  • Increase annual recurring revenue (ARR) through growth and upsell strategies while driving customer retention
  • Provide ongoing post-implementation support and manage project delivery within scope and budget


Required Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Solid technical background with an understanding of software development and web technologies
  • Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives
  • Business process management experience and expertise
  • Proven track record of managing customer relationships and delivering results
