Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to oversee customer relationships and drive account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Set strategic direction and manage client relationships, ensuring quality and adherence to processes
- Increase annual recurring revenue (ARR) through growth and upsell strategies while driving customer retention
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support and manage project delivery within scope and budget
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Solid technical background with an understanding of software development and web technologies
- Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives
- Business process management experience and expertise
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships and delivering results
