Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success professional for the Central Eastern Europe region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive adoption of the ElevenLabs platform by administering onboarding and enablement tactics
  • Analyze product usage and performance to identify friction points and enhance customer value
  • Own commercial outcomes, focusing on revenue retention and product expansion across defined accounts


Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products
  • Proven track record in driving revenue outcomes and managing a revenue quota
  • Strong understanding of the Central Eastern European market landscape
  • Familiarity with building and deploying AI agents and API integrations
  • Fluency in Polish and English
