Job Summary
A company is looking for a Founding Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding and implementation, ensuring proper configuration and training
- Drive customer retention through regular check-ins and monitoring of customer health metrics
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or implementation within B2B SaaS
- Proven ability to onboard and retain customers, driving adoption and reducing churn
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
