Job Summary

A company is looking for a Founding Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer onboarding and implementation, ensuring proper configuration and training
  • Drive customer retention through regular check-ins and monitoring of customer health metrics
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or implementation within B2B SaaS
  • Proven ability to onboard and retain customers, driving adoption and reducing churn
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
