Job Summary
A company is looking for a Founding Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding and activation, including system configuration and team training

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or implementation within B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated ability to onboard and retain customers, with a focus on driving adoption
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple customer implementations simultaneously
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Proactive and empathetic approach to customer needs, with a data-driven mindset
