Job Summary

A company is looking for a Founding Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer onboarding and activation, including system configuration and team training
  • Drive customer retention and health through regular check-ins and monitoring of usage metrics
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support expansion
Required Qualifications
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or implementation within B2B SaaS
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard and retain customers, with a focus on driving adoption
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple customer implementations simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Proactive and empathetic approach to customer needs, with a data-driven mindset
