Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for Europe (Emerging Markets).
Key Responsibilities
- Support customers in adopting the platform effectively and enhance their research practices
- Own the post-sale relationship and renewal strategy for mid-upper commercial accounts
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with account managers on commercial initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Consulting in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience supporting Enterprise or mid-market customers, ideally in product, design, or research
- Strong history of owning renewals and driving retention outcomes
- Background or coursework in UX research, product design, or behavioral science is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment and adapt to evolving processes
