Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for Europe (Emerging Markets).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers in adopting the platform effectively and enhance their research practices
  • Own the post-sale relationship and renewal strategy for mid-upper commercial accounts
  • Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with account managers on commercial initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Consulting in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience supporting Enterprise or mid-market customers, ideally in product, design, or research
  • Strong history of owning renewals and driving retention outcomes
  • Background or coursework in UX research, product design, or behavioral science is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a startup environment and adapt to evolving processes
