Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to support mid-market customers across NAMER, focusing on Central and East Coast time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Consulting in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience with Enterprise or mid-market customers, especially in product, design, or research
  • Strong history of managing renewals and driving retention outcomes
  • Background or coursework in UX research, product design, or behavioral science is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a startup environment, adapting quickly and managing a dynamic workload
