Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to oversee client relationships and drive product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact, ensuring customer goals are met through effective onboarding and renewal
- Drive product adoption and manage customer health to improve retention and identify expansion opportunities
- Contribute to the development of scalable processes and maintain accurate records in HubSpot
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or related roles within a SaaS organization
- Demonstrated success in managing a book of business and achieving retention and growth targets
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- A growth mindset and adaptability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience with HRTech, EdTech, or simulation/AI learning solutions is a plus
