Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success & Implementation Manager (SaaS Enterprise).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding and implementation, ensuring timely project delivery
- Develop engagement strategies to enhance customer adoption and satisfaction
- Manage client accounts, focusing on renewals, growth opportunities, and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in Customer Success, Implementation, or related client-facing roles in a SaaS environment
- Proven experience managing enterprise accounts with a focus on adoption and renewals
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple implementations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or project management certification is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM and CS platforms such as HubSpot and JIRA
