Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to support and enhance the experience of new SMB customers during their first year of partnership.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute onboarding programs to increase customer adoption and engagement
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and drive ongoing engagement
- Act as a customer advocate, addressing inquiries and communicating feedback to relevant departments
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 2+ years of relevant sales, account management, or support experience in a SaaS environment
- Proficiency in desktop software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of the construction industry or willingness to learn
- Technical skills and ability to coach customers on best practices
