Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to support and enhance the experience of new SMB customers during their first year of partnership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute onboarding programs to increase customer adoption and engagement
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and drive ongoing engagement
  • Act as a customer advocate, addressing inquiries and communicating feedback to relevant departments
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant sales, account management, or support experience in a SaaS environment
  • Proficiency in desktop software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of the construction industry or willingness to learn
  • Technical skills and ability to coach customers on best practices
