Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers and align activities with their business strategies
- Oversee customer adoption, training, and best practices to enhance value and ROI
- Drive engagement, increase renewal rates, and expand revenue through cross-sell and upsell strategies
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing accounts or owning a book of business
- Experience in fashion wholesale and/or using JOOR is a plus
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in SaaS, Account Management, or Strategy Consulting preferred
- Proactive, consultative account management approach
- Ability to handle challenging upselling and reselling conversations
