Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers and align activities with their business strategies
  • Oversee customer adoption, training, and best practices to enhance value and ROI
  • Drive engagement, increase renewal rates, and expand revenue through cross-sell and upsell strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience managing accounts or owning a book of business
  • Experience in fashion wholesale and/or using JOOR is a plus
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in SaaS, Account Management, or Strategy Consulting preferred
  • Proactive, consultative account management approach
  • Ability to handle challenging upselling and reselling conversations
