Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer value and ensure successful service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams for successful service delivery
  • Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure commitments are met
  • Lead customer escalations and drive continuous improvement through process enhancements
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in a B2B managed service, service delivery, or customer success environment
  • Experience with defined SLAs and reporting frameworks
  • Experience in complex system environments with multiple integrations
  • Track record of identifying and delivering service improvements
  • Experience with support ticketing systems (e.g., ClickUp, ServiceNow, Zendesk)
