Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to help customers maximize the value of their platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and product adoption
- Manage a portfolio of 450 key accounts, conducting regular customer calls and providing tailored success plans
- Identify customer challenges and develop scalable solutions while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management
- Experience with supply chain, manufacturing, commerce, or retail customers
- Proven skills in client retention and strategic account management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce and ChurnZero is a plus
