Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong, consultative relationships with customers to drive retention and product adoption
- Manage a high volume SaaS book of business, conducting daily customer calls and identifying recurring challenges
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to the development of Customer Success frameworks
Required Qualifications and Education
- 5+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management
- Experience with supply chain, manufacturing, commerce, or retail customers
- Proven skills in client retention and strategic account management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Data fluency with the ability to analyze usage patterns and business impact
