Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of accountability for a portfolio of managed service customers, focusing on relationship and retention
- Manage the execution of onboarding and technical projects, ensuring internal teams stay on task and on time
- Conduct structured quarterly business reviews and communicate outcomes, progress, and risks to customers
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a tech-focused environment, preferably in Managed Services
- Deep knowledge and understanding of IT systems and platforms
- Experience providing end-user technical support
- Certifications such as A+, Security+, Network+, AZ-900, CISM, or CCNA
- Strong business acumen and understanding of compliance and cybersecurity intersections
