Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the single point of accountability for a portfolio of managed service customers, focusing on relationship and retention
  • Manage the execution of onboarding and technical projects, ensuring internal teams stay on task and on time
  • Conduct structured quarterly business reviews and communicate outcomes, progress, and risks to customers
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a tech-focused environment, preferably in Managed Services
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of IT systems and platforms
  • Experience providing end-user technical support
  • Certifications such as A+, Security+, Network+, AZ-900, CISM, or CCNA
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of compliance and cybersecurity intersections
