Job Summary

- Retain and grow a portfolio of 50 - 60 customers
- Build relationships across the organization to achieve success goals
- Lead customer onboarding and business reviews while contributing to product feedback
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an account management or customer success role, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Experience with Salesforce, Gong, and Vitally
- Understanding of customer messaging and user journey is a plus
- Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Versatile mindset with a proactive approach
