Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager- Workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and serve as the primary contact for strategic customers
  • Develop tailored success plans and collaborate with customers to identify growth opportunities
  • Analyze customer data to monitor performance, manage renewals, and pursue upselling opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in the gig economy or on-demand transportation space
  • Familiarity with the insurance and liability landscape for non-traditional workforce models
  • 3+ years of SaaS Customer Success Manager experience with a focus on expansion
  • Direct experience in the commercial transportation industry is preferred
  • Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, preferably Salesforce.com
