Job Summary
A company is looking for a Founding Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding and activation, ensuring successful implementation and training
- Drive retention and customer health through regular check-ins and monitoring of usage metrics
- Identify growth and expansion opportunities within existing accounts and build the customer success function
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or implementation within B2B SaaS
- Proven ability to onboard and retain customers, with a focus on driving adoption
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple implementations simultaneously
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
