Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for Grant Subscriptions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and fulfill contracted retainer grant subscription services and one-time grant writing service contracts
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing support for subscription clients, ensuring maximum value and service
- Submit progress reports and collaborate with the Grants team to improve process efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a local government, nonprofit, or related administrative environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts with timely delivery
- Experience with technology tools and CRM databases for tracking and reporting
- Familiarity with public sector administration or grant compliance best practices is preferred
- Experience in subscription-based customer success or account management is advantageous
