Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - Adaptive Planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers to ensure value from products and services
- Monitor customer adoption of solutions and facilitate their overall business needs
- Develop success plans outlining critical success factors, metrics, and recommendations for customer journeys
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager supporting a SaaS solution
- 2+ years of experience with change management practices and process re-engineering
- 2+ years of experience using a CRM like Salesforce and a customer success tool like Gainsight
- Proven account management and strategic planning experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
