Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a SaaS environment with complex technical products
  • Experience as a Customer Success Manager or Solutions Engineer with high-value customers
  • Strong business acumen and comfort engaging with senior financial executives
  • Ability to communicate technical subjects clearly to various stakeholders
  • Familiarity with ERPs, product integrations, and accounting concepts is a plus
