Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in a SaaS environment with complex technical products
- Experience as a Customer Success Manager or Solutions Engineer with high-value customers
- Strong business acumen and comfort engaging with senior financial executives
- Ability to communicate technical subjects clearly to various stakeholders
- Familiarity with ERPs, product integrations, and accounting concepts is a plus
