Job Summary

- Generate pipeline within existing accounts by identifying and qualifying expansion opportunities
- Manage inbound customer requests, ensuring qualification, scoping, and conversion to revenue
- Lead customer onboarding and engagement, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related customer-facing role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in a client-facing SaaS role
- Comfortable interacting with a high volume of customers through various mediums
- Proficiency in CRM software
