Job Summary

- Provide post-sale support for customer inquiries related to content syndication, display advertising, and data services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective customer support and insights
- Identify and escalate urgent issues, while developing strategies to enhance customer success
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in demand generation or direct database marketing
- Hands-on experience with database products and services
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Experience with SaaS platforms such as Salesforce and Qlik
- Strong adaptability to learn quickly in changing environments
