Job Summary

A company is looking for a Founding Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer onboarding and activation, ensuring successful implementation and training on the product
  • Drive retention by managing ongoing customer relationships and monitoring health metrics
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to building the customer success function
Required Qualifications
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or implementation within B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of onboarding and retaining customers while driving product adoption
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple implementations simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
