Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, K-12 EdTech.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of school districts across onboarding, adoption, and renewal
  • Drive product adoption using data and structured success plans
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to improve customer outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success role within SaaS or software-based EdTech environments
  • Experience managing a portfolio of accounts with a focus on renewal timing and customer health
  • Proven ability to deliver onboarding or adoption programs for educational stakeholders
  • Experience using product usage data to guide customer engagement
  • Familiarity with CRM or customer success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, Vitally)
