Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - HCM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with onboarding and implementation of HCM solutions, ensuring seamless deployment and integration
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing consultative support and guidance on HCM best practices
  • Track client health and engagement metrics, providing regular reports and ensuring clients meet key milestones
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in client success, account management, or human resources, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, including HR software and payroll
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Strong understanding of human resources processes such as recruitment and performance management
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and HCM software
