Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - HCM.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with onboarding and implementation of HCM solutions, ensuring seamless deployment and integration
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing consultative support and guidance on HCM best practices
- Track client health and engagement metrics, providing regular reports and ensuring clients meet key milestones
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in client success, account management, or human resources, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
- Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, including HR software and payroll
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong understanding of human resources processes such as recruitment and performance management
- Proficiency in CRM systems and HCM software
