Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute onboarding sessions for new customers, setting expectations for their journey
  • Coordinate communications and meetings throughout the customer lifecycle, including business reviews and product updates
  • Monitor customer engagement and health scores to manage renewals and identify growth opportunities


Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Sales Engineering
  • BS or MS in a computer science-related degree
  • Experience in a technical role within the software industry
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and data-driven success metrics
  • Project management experience is a plus
