Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute onboarding sessions for new customers, setting expectations for their journey
- Coordinate communications and meetings throughout the customer lifecycle, including business reviews and product updates
- Monitor customer engagement and health scores to manage renewals and identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Sales Engineering
- BS or MS in a computer science-related degree
- Experience in a technical role within the software industry
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and data-driven success metrics
- Project management experience is a plus
