Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage a portfolio of SMB and mid-market customers, building strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Lead onboarding and implementation, driving product adoption and ensuring customers leverage key capabilities
  • Provide strategic guidance to help customers mature their Salesforce DevOps processes and identify opportunities for expansion
Required Qualifications
  • 3-6+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related customer-facing roles
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms, preferably in the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce concepts, including Admin and DevOps
  • Proven ability to manage and grow customer relationships
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, etc.) are preferred
