Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full renewal cycle, ensuring timely communication and contract closure
  • Identify and introduce upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs
  • Negotiate contract terms and resolve customer concerns to secure renewals
Required Qualifications
  • 1-4+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or inside sales, preferably in a B2B, SaaS, or technology environment
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to building long-term relationships
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach to managing responsibilities
