Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full renewal cycle, ensuring timely communication and contract closure
- Identify and introduce upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs
- Negotiate contract terms and resolve customer concerns to secure renewals
Required Qualifications
- 1-4+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or inside sales, preferably in a B2B, SaaS, or technology environment
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Strong customer focus and commitment to building long-term relationships
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to managing responsibilities
