Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding and implementation, ensuring successful configuration and training

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or implementation within B2B SaaS
- Proven track record in onboarding and retaining customers, with a focus on driving adoption
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple customer implementations simultaneously
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
