Job Summary

A company is looking for a Founding Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer onboarding and implementation, ensuring successful configuration and training
  • Monitor customer health metrics and drive retention through regular check-ins and business reviews

Required Qualifications
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or implementation within B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record in onboarding and retaining customers, with a focus on driving adoption
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple customer implementations simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
