Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of small to mid-market customers and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Lead onboarding and implementation, driving product adoption aligned with customer goals
  • Provide strategic guidance to enhance customer processes and identify opportunities for renewal and expansion


Required Qualifications
  • 3-6+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles
  • Experience with SaaS platforms, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce concepts related to Admin, DevOps, or the development lifecycle
  • Proven ability to manage and grow customer relationships
  • Must be in the EST timezone
