Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of small to mid-market customers and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Lead onboarding and implementation, driving product adoption aligned with customer goals
- Provide strategic guidance to enhance customer processes and identify opportunities for renewal and expansion
Required Qualifications
- 3-6+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles
- Experience with SaaS platforms, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Strong understanding of Salesforce concepts related to Admin, DevOps, or the development lifecycle
- Proven ability to manage and grow customer relationships
- Must be in the EST timezone
