Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Success (Agency) to lead agency-focused customer success efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers supporting agency customers
  • Drive customer retention and expansion through effective renewal execution and strategy
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and translate customer feedback into actionable insights
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS customer success, account management, or sales roles
  • Proven experience managing renewals, expansion, or retention pipelines
  • Experience leading or mentoring a team with a focus on coaching and development
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM tools for pipeline management
  • Experience working with agencies or managing agency relationships preferred
