Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Enterprise Agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise agency customers, managing retention and growth
  • Conduct virtual and in-person meetings to provide product expertise and strategic recommendations
  • Own the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or sales in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience with agency customers or similar client types preferred
  • Proven track record of owning a revenue target related to retention and/or expansion
  • Experience managing complex renewal cycles and driving expansion within enterprise accounts
  • Ability to leverage data to inform customer strategy and manage revenue forecasting
