Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Enterprise Agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise agency customers, managing retention and growth
- Conduct virtual and in-person meetings to provide product expertise and strategic recommendations
- Own the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or sales in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with agency customers or similar client types preferred
- Proven track record of owning a revenue target related to retention and/or expansion
- Experience managing complex renewal cycles and driving expansion within enterprise accounts
- Ability to leverage data to inform customer strategy and manage revenue forecasting
