Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new customers, ensuring successful adoption and value realization
- Manage the renewal pipeline, including forecasting, outreach, negotiation, and maintaining high retention rates
- Design and document the customer success playbook, including onboarding workflows and renewal processes
Required Qualifications
- 3-7 years in customer success or account management in a B2B SaaS environment with direct renewal ownership
- Experience managing renewals and conducting quarterly business reviews
- Working knowledge of compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, HIPAA, or ITAR
- Proven ability to build or improve customer success processes from scratch
- Strong organizational skills to manage a large book of business effectively
