Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new customers, ensuring successful adoption and value realization
  • Manage the renewal pipeline, including forecasting, outreach, negotiation, and maintaining high retention rates
  • Design and document the customer success playbook, including onboarding workflows and renewal processes


Required Qualifications
  • 3-7 years in customer success or account management in a B2B SaaS environment with direct renewal ownership
  • Experience managing renewals and conducting quarterly business reviews
  • Working knowledge of compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, HIPAA, or ITAR
  • Proven ability to build or improve customer success processes from scratch
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a large book of business effectively
