Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their sales team and work with a major telco client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with clients, including quarterly temperature calls and customer escalations
  • Coordinate monthly billing and assist with Change Requests and Delivery Acceptance Forms
  • Continuously improve processes and maintain updated client pipeline and CRM entries
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles in sales or IT operations with a major telco in Canada
  • Confident knowledge of technology services sales and negotiating principles
  • Ability to engage in insightful conversations on IT topics as a trusted advisor
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
  • Dynamic relationship-building skills with senior and mid-level managers
