Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Success to lead and develop the Customer Success team during a period of growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Leads, providing coaching and feedback
  • Manage customer escalations and ensure balanced workload across the team
  • Identify recurring issues and drive long-term solutions in partnership with Customer Success Operations
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing success/support roles, with at least 3 years in email support for an online consumer product
  • 2+ years of experience as a people manager with direct reports
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced remote startup environment
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience in developing internal documentation and training resources
