Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to serve as a strategic partner to HR and People leaders, enhancing customer engagement and adoption of their services.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a diverse book of business, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle
- Build deep relationships with HR and L&D professionals to understand their business priorities and challenges
- Develop tailored success plans and drive land-and-expand growth within each account
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a strategic client-facing role within B2B SaaS
- Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of accounts with a land-and-expand approach
- Strong consultative and strategic thinking skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to interpret customer health data and usage analytics to drive proactive account strategies
- Experience guiding customers through organizational change and embedding new tools into workflows
